  • Rallia Westrick

    Founder, Shine Bright Performing Arts

    Our producer, Rallia Westrick, has over 12 years of experience serving the Winter Garden area, where she was born and raised. She comes from a long line of musicians and performers growing up in her family owned recording studio, Starke Lake Studios. This is where she learned to be a seasoned performer and well versed in all styles of music. Her passion to teach comes from the fulfillment of seeing her students become better and in both their talents and endeavors. Her super power is helping others achieve their goals and break down walls to become the best version of themselves. She has always had a dream of opening her own theater company and is so excited to help performers illuminate the stage and inspire hearts while shining bright for the world to see! 

  • Amanda Allen Payne

    Director of Education and Artistic Programming

    Amanda Allen Payne is a Maryland native who made the sunny switch to Central Florida after earning her BFA in Theatre for Youth from Shenandoah Conservatory.

    With over a decade of experience in arts education, she has directed more than 20 productions and is passionate about designing dynamic arts education and community programs that inspire, engage, and bring people together.

    Amanda is passionate about creating spaces where creativity thrives, confidence soars, and connections are made. She believes everyone deserves equitable access to the arts and wholeheartedly believes that theatre skills are life skills!

  • Blake Mitchell

    Teaching Artist

    Blake is grateful to be a part of the Shine Bright family! Blake recently relocated to Winter Garden upon completion of his M.M. in Voice Pedagogy at Shenandoah Conservatory, specializing in Contemporary Commercial Music styles. Prior, he earned his B.M. in Vocal Performance from Samford University. In addition to vocal coaching, Blake works as a performer, music director, composer and arranger. He is passionate about all things musical theatre, choral singing, Disney and music of The Great American Songbook. He is thrilled to collaborate with students on their musical journeys!

  • Caroline Hartman

    Teaching Artist

    Caroline has been a featured performer with companies such as Mirimax Films, Radio City Entertainment, and Walt Disney Productions. She is a dance and theater educator, choreographer, and certified yoga instructor.

  • Derek Roura

    Teaching Artist

    When he's not teaching vocal/piano lessons at Westrick Vocal Studio, Derek Roura can be found performing around Tampa Bay, Orlando, and surrounding areas. As someone with nearly a decade of teaching and performing experience under his belt, Derek devotes most of his time to honing his craft and helping other creatives do the same. He has a passion for songwriting, and most of his songs can be found on streaming and social media platforms such as Spotify, Instagram, and YouTube.   • Eva Wagner

    Teaching Artist | Director, Beetlejuice JR

    Eva Wagner is a theatre teacher and practitioner from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She graduated with her MFA in both Music and Theatre from the University of Mount Union. While in college, she was part of numerous choral ensembles, bands, and theatrical productions. Some of her favorite shows were Songs for a New World (Ensemble & Ast. Music Director), Hamlet (Hamlet), and Quilters (June & Ensemble). Since graduating, Eva has been acting, teaching, and directing shows across the country with companies such as Missoula Children’s Theatre, Hidden Valley Camp, the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, The Garden Theater, and Orlando Family Stage. She loves finding shows that bring joy and excitement to both the actors and the audience. Eva came to Florida to work at Disney, and she can’t wait to join the Shine Bright Team!

  • Jacob Wilson

    Stage Manager, Beetlejuice JR

    Jacob Wilson is thrilled to return for his second production with Shine Bright Performing Arts. A rising junior at the University of Central Florida, Jacob has been professionally stage managing for the past four years. Outside of the theatre, he can be found making magic at Disney or picking up one of his many whimsical hobbies—juggling, reading Braille, crocheting, playing instruments, photography, and more to come!   • Kaitlyn Batchelor

    Teaching Artist | Choreographer, Beetlejuice JR

    Kaitlyn Batchelor graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Brenau University in 2016. Since then, she has been working as a performer, teacher, and choreographer. Kaitlyn has a passion for sharing her love of the arts with others, especially dance, as it was her first love! She is beyond excited and blessed to be working with the incredible production team at Shine Bright Performing Arts.

  • Kayla Kelsay Morales

    Teaching Artist | Music Director, Beetlejuice JR

    Kayla Kelsay Morales is the Co-Owner and Director of Casting at Kelsay + Morales Company, Central Florida's only theatrical casting office! Kayla received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Florida. She has had the pleasure of casting Off-Broadway shows, national tours, and many regional theatre projects in Central Florida! She has served as a Producer (Outdoor Stage) for the Orlando Fringe Festival, and has also been seen singing with the world-renowned acapella group, the Voices of Liberty at the Walt Disney World Resort. She is also passionate about education and has worked with Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts as a teaching artist and Applause Awards Adjudicator! @kelsaymoralescompay

  • Madison Ramsey

    Lighting Designer, Beetlejuice JR

    Madison Ramsey is a Lighting Designer for Shine Bright Performing Arts. In 2023, soon after graduating from Liberty University and getting her BA in Theatre, Madison Ramsey has worked as an entertainment technician in Orlando. Madison’s first production with Shine Bright Performing Arts was Frozen JR. She has thoroughly enjoyed pouring into the lives of these amazing students and is excited to be part of the team for future productions! Madison has had several roles in theatre, such as Stage Manager, Electrician, Master Electrician, Lighting Designer, Light Board Operator and Programmer. Madison was a full-time staff member at the Garden Theatre, working as an Assistant Master Electrician for main stage productions, the Lead Lighting Technician for all rental performances, and the Lighting Designer for education productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Shrek Jr., Ride the Cyclone, and Little Mermaid. After the closing of Garden Theatre, she has enjoyed working for several other theatres in the Orlando area, such as Orlando Family Stage and Orlando Shakes. Madison was also an Adjunct Professor for Valencia College during the Spring Semester of the 2025 school year. While Madison has enjoyed all her roles, being a Lighting Designer and teaching other technicians how to advance their skills has always been the most fulfilling for her. Through her designs (even her creepier ones), she hopes to reaffirm themes of hope, forgiveness, and the importance of life. 

  • Natalie Hightower

    Teaching Artist

    Natalie Hightower is a singer, actor and pianist originally from Los Angeles. With a piano teacher for a mom, she was instilled with a love for music from a very young age and began pursuing musical theatre at the age of 12 and has never looked back. She received her BFA in musical theatre from Point Park University.

    Throughout college she had the opportunity music direct a number of productions in addition to performing. She has also taught voice and music directed at various summer theatre programs in Los Angeles and Phoenix, AZ. Immediately after school she moved to Orlando to start performing at Walt Disney World. Since then she has gone on to perform, music direct and teach all around Orlando. In the summer of 2024 she had the opportunity to perform as Irene Molloy in Hello Dolly alongside Jodi Benson at the Dr. Phillips Center.

    One of her biggest passions is sharing her love of theatre with children and adults alike. She loves to help each individual find their strengths and bring them out. She believes that confidence, storytelling and healthy vocal technique are the keys to becoming the best performer you can be.

  • Samantha Wolf

    Education Coordinator

    Samantha is so excited to be joining the Shine Bright team. She most recently worked as the wardrobe crew at Orlando Family Stage for P. Nokio: A Hip-Hop Musical, Junie B. Jones in BOO… and I Mean It!, A Charlie Brown Christmas and most recently Diary of A Wimpy Kid. She previously worked on wardrobe for Disney’s Newsies (at the formally known Orlando Repertory Theatre). She assistant directed Wind in the Willows (CFCArts) and Annie Jr. as a teaching assistant. Previous stage management credits include Matilda, Frozen Jr. and Into The Woods (Little Radical Theatrics), The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Saint Luke’s in New York City) and more. In addition to working in theater she also has 6 years experience as a preschool educator. Her favorite musical is Wicked and she has seen it over 35 times. She is also a proud mom of an amazing 7 year old. Samantha is thrilled to be given to be given the opportunity to be the education coordinator this summer at Shine Bright!

  • Sol Ramos

    Sound Designer, Beetlejuice JR

    Sol Ramos graduated Full Sail University in 2020 with a BS in Film and has made a home in Orlando. Sol has had a passion for film and theatre and has built his entertainment skills in the Sound Department.

    Sol has designed and engineered sound for various amazing shows around Winter Garden, and sticking around as Audio Tech I for the Garden Theatre until it's unfortunate end. Sol has done sound for shows like All Shook Up, Ride The Cyclone, Little Shop of Horrors, Shrek Jr, Pippin, The Little Mermaid, Mamma Mia, and various others.

    Sol is very excited to have been given the opportunity to work with Shine Bright Productions and bring an amazing experience to young performers and techs, and to guests alike!
