Founder | Elite Director

Our producer, Rallia Westrick, has over 12 years of experience serving the Winter Garden area, where she was born and raised. She comes from a long line of musicians and performers growing up in her family owned recording studio, Starke Lake Studios. This is where she learned to be a seasoned performer and well versed in all styles of music.

Her passion to teach comes from the fulfillment of seeing her students become better and in both their talents and endeavors. Her super power is helping others achieve their goals and break down walls to become the best version of themselves.

She has always had a dream of opening her own theater company and is so excited to help performers illuminate the stage and inspire hearts while shining bright for the world to see! 

Program Coordinator | Teaching Artist

Kaitlyn Batchelor graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Brenau University in 2016. Since then, she has been working as a performer, teaching artist, choreographer, and director.

Kaitlyn’s Shine Bright Performing Arts credits include Choreographer for Beetlejuice Jr. and Lightning Thief, Director/Choreographer for Jungle Book Kids, Lead Teaching Artist for Summer Camps, Choreographer/Co-Director for the Broadway Bound Program, and Choreographer for the Elite Performance Company.

Kaitlyn has a passion for sharing her love of the arts with others, especially dance, as it was her first love! She is beyond excited and blessed to step into a leadership role, as well as continue as a teaching artist with the program!

Blake is grateful to be a part of the Shine Bright family! Blake recently relocated to Winter Garden upon completion of his M.M. in Voice Pedagogy at Shenandoah Conservatory, specializing in Contemporary Commercial Music styles. Prior, he earned his B.M. in Vocal Performance from Samford University. In addition to vocal coaching, Blake works as a performer, music director, composer and arranger. He is passionate about all things musical theatre, choral singing, Disney and music of The Great American Songbook. He is thrilled to collaborate with students on their musical journeys!

Teaching Artist

Ashley's theater origin story starts in middle school, when she was cast as Captain Hook in a production of Peter Pan — and she's been hooked ever since. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of West Florida and has spent the years since graduation teaching theater across Orlando-area schools and running her own theater camp for students of all ages. Her most recent stage credit is hard to top: Ashley was part of the opening cast of The Untrainable Dragon at Epic Universe, performing as a singer at one of the most anticipated theme park openings in years. She brings that same working-professional energy into the lesson room — because like every WVS coach, Ashley is living the thing she's teaching.

Teaching Artist

Meghan joined WVS as the Studio Operations Coordinator where she works behind the scenes to make sure students and families have a smooth, welcoming experience every time they walk through the door. Her professional background is in operations and guest experience at Walt Disney World, where she was part of the Opening Team for TRON Lightcycle. She has also coordinated private events, which means organization, communication, and creating memorable experiences aren't new territory for her. Meghan is excited to be joining the SBPA team as the Elite Performance Company Stage Manager. A longtime lover of the performing arts, she enjoys supporting performers both on and off the stage and helping productions run smoothly behind the scenes.

Teaching Artist

Derek has been performing longer than some of his students have been alive — and teaching for nearly a decade. When he's not in the lesson room, he's gigging across the Tampa Bay and Orlando area with an alt-indie original project, a rock band called Rhythm Me Up, and a classical crossover ensemble called Klassika, while also collaborating on features with local artists like rapper CedLyfe and singer Maria Jade. An EP is in the works. His musical range is just as broad in the classroom — pop, rock, soul, top 40, and everything in between. Derek teaches voice and piano at WVS, where he's built a reputation for meeting students where they are and helping them find their own sound.

Teaching Artist

Twenty years performing and music directing across North America before making Orlando his home — and his résumé reflects every mile of it. A graduate of Oklahoma City University's Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre program, Chris has appeared in over seventy productions, including the 2017–2018 North American Tour of The Wizard of Oz as the Tin Man, the 2012–2013 National Tour of Fiddler on the Roof as Avram, and Alaska Cabin Nite in Denali — where he also served as the on-stage pianist, guitarist, and mandolin player. His music directing credits include the regional premiere of First Date and the world premiere of Finding Nemo, Jr. As a composer, he has scored two full musicals, contributed music to multiple indie films, and written the theme song for the NPR podcast The Last Ride. He now performs as an actor/musician at Universal Studios and Epic Universe.

Rachel has dedicated a huge part of her life to the Theatre, and has always had a passion for sharing that joy with others! As a BFA graduate of the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, she has used her knowledge of performance to help shape the next generation of actors. She joined the Shine Bright team last Fall as a teaching artist for the Homeschool Troupe and has been so thrilled to be back working with students who share the joy of the performance!

Karina is a graduate of Florida State University's BFA Acting program with a minor in Film Studies — and by her own admission, she was probably born a Drama Queen. She watches hundreds of films a year, has a deep love for theatre and cinema, and brings genuine curiosity into everything she teaches. Her goal as a teacher is simple: help you take risks, build technique, and grow your confidence as a performer!

Jessica has been dancing since age 5 and hasn't stopped since. With over 20 years of formal training, 8 years as a Walt Disney Cast Member, and a deep passion for cultural inclusivity, she brings something truly unique to every combination she teaches. Rooted in her Afro-Cuban heritage, Jessica believes every dance style is a language and tonight, she's handing you the tools to speak it.

Katie grew up in Savannah, GA — singing, dancing, and acting her way through every community stage she could find before graduating from Savannah Arts Academy with a focus in Choral Performance. She went on to earn her BFA in Musical Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, and headed straight into a professional career that's taken her across multiple sides of the industry. She has performed as a Main-Stage Vocalist on Disney Cruise Line, and brought that same commitment to the production side — working as a Music Director, Choreographer, and Costume and Wig Stylist. She understands the full picture of what it takes to put a show together, not just the part she's standing in. In 2025 she relocated to Orlando with her dog, Lady, and found her way to WVS/SBPA.

Natalie grew up in Los Angeles with a piano teacher for a mom — which means music wasn't something she discovered, it was something she was born into. She went on to earn her BFA in Musical Theatre from Point Park University, where she performed and music directed multiple productions before graduating and heading straight to Walt Disney World to begin her performing career. Since settling in Orlando, Natalie has performed, music directed, and taught across the city — most recently stepping into the role of Irene Molloy in Hello Dolly alongside Broadway legend Jodi Benson at the Dr. Phillips Center. She teaches voice, acting, and piano at WVS with a philosophy rooted in three things: confidence, storytelling, and healthy vocal technique. Her goal is to find what makes each student uniquely strong — and help them own it. Like every WVS coach, Natalie is living the thing she's teaching.

A Texas native, Cameron earned her BFA in Theatre Education from Hardin-Simmons University before spending several years teaching theatre, music, and RLA at Wylie West Junior High, where she directed, choreographed, and costumed numerous award-winning productions. In 2023, Cameron relocated to Florida to pursue a larger theatre life and now works with Universal Studios, striving to merge her passions for performance and arts education. Cameron Flores is delighted to be a teaching artist with Shine Bright Performing Arts!

Lighting Designer

Madison Ramsey is a Lighting Designer for Shine Bright Performing Arts. In 2023, soon after graduating from Liberty University and getting her BA in Theatre, Madison Ramsey has worked as an entertainment technician in Orlando. Madison’s first production with Shine Bright Performing Arts was Frozen JR. She has thoroughly enjoyed pouring into the lives of these amazing students and is excited to be part of the team for future productions! Madison has had several roles in theatre, such as Stage Manager, Electrician, Master Electrician, Lighting Designer, Light Board Operator and Programmer. Madison was also an Adjunct Professor for Valencia College during the Spring Semester of the 2025 school year. While Madison has enjoyed all her roles, being a Lighting Designer and teaching other technicians how to advance their skills has always been the most fulfilling for her. Through her designs, she hopes to reaffirm themes of hope, forgiveness, and the importance of life. 

Sound Designer

Sol Ramos graduated Full Sail University in 2020 with a BS in Film and has made a home in Orlando. Sol has had a passion for film and theatre and has built his entertainment skills in the Sound Department. Sol has designed and engineered sound for various amazing shows around Winter Garden, and sticking around as Audio Tech I for the Garden Theatre until it's unfortunate end. Sol has done sound for shows like All Shook Up, Ride The Cyclone, Little Shop of Horrors, Shrek Jr, Pippin, The Little Mermaid, Mamma Mia, and various others. Sol is very excited to have been given the opportunity to work with Shine Bright Productions and bring an amazing experience to young performers and techs, and to guests alike!
